Biography:
Ralph started his healthcare career as a rural hospital CFO. For the past 23 years, he has been with Eide Bailly where he conducts operational assessments and assists providers in enhancing financial and operational performance. He provides chargemaster/cost report audits and redesign projects, conducts reimbursement enhancement studies, and also assists in the development of physician compensation strategies. Ralph is a frequent speaker at state, regional, and national healthcare conferences.
